The film will take place soon after Teresa (Brbara Kolen), who returns to Bakurau house, a village in a dry speech in Brazil, to attend her grandmother’s funeral. Upon arrival, Teresa immediately saw the signs that Bakurau was in serious condition. Basic resources are depleted, cell phone coverage is down, clean water is cut off, and a truck with drinking water is flooded with bullet holes. It soon became clear that the corrupt government had completely abandoned the village: Not only had the Bakurau been removed from the map, but its citizens were also attacked. As a direct responsibility, the villagers had to organize organized resistance to avoid heavy losses.
