What happens when passionate people gather to awaken a movement of wellness across homes, hearts, and generations? Global Wellness Revival 3.0 answered that question, and more. For three unforgettable days, we witnessed a divine blend of inspiration, transformation, and practical empowerment as families came together to build their own Ark of Wellness. From powerful teachings to hands-on experiences like the unforgettable 5-hour healthy cooking marathon, every session echoed one message: Wellness is not optional, it’s urgent. And we need to build the Ark now to protect our family and loved ones from the global health crisis and junk pandemic

Whether you joined us in person, online, or are hearing about it for the first time, this recap will take you through the highlights and the heart of this life-shaping event. So lets gooo

Day 1 The Veteran Voices where we have a Reverend and a Doctor, both veterans of the wellness journey, share insights from over two decades of helping people live healthier lives. Their passion for seeing others thrive in health and wholeness comes through clearly and sincerely throughout the conversation.

One of the highlights of the discussion is the Reverend’s journey. He began his career as a Computer Engineer and rose to senior positions in his organisation. However, a debilitating illness changed the course of his life. Although he believed God would heal him, his health only improved when he changed his diet and adopted healthier habits. This experience inspired him to become a holistic health coach. His story clearly illustrates the main message of the interview: while God does His part, we also have a responsibility to care for our health. The scriptural principle that “faith without works is dead” was a recurring theme in their advice.

The speakers also discussed the growing prevalence of degenerative diseases like cancer, which they noted is now more common than malaria in our society. They explained how poor diet and lifestyle choices contribute to this trend. Their emphasis on prevention through exercise, rest, hydration, and intentional eating was practical and easy to understand. They shared relatable examples of healthy meals and encouraged men to take an active role in promoting wellness in their homes.

They also touched on broader healthcare challenges in Nigeria, including the japa (brain drain) phenomenon and limited access to quality care, which added valuable context to the conversation.

The interview concluded with scriptures such as 1 John, Job 33:25, and Psalm 103:3–5, reinforcing the spiritual foundation of their message. Watch the replay here.

This is a thoughtful and valuable watch for anyone interested in faith-based wellness and a balanced approach to health.

I am sure that you all agree with me that day 1 was full of wisdom. Please feel free to zip your tea as we venture into Day 2 which  was nothing short of powerful. As we gathered virtually, the urgency for the men to take responsibility for their family health, homes, and habits came through stronger than ever. If Day 1 was an awakening, Day 2 was a call to build with her intentionally.

The central theme of the day was Bro Build With Her too.  Because when couples build together family survive the flood.  Yes ooo, you don’t just saddle her alone with the responsibility but rather build along side with her.

Mr Raymond  session was a bold reminder that “There is a level of enforcement that happens in the home when the man is in the know”. Get involved in the …. , train them on the healthy path from the beginning,  don’t just load them with all kinds of sugar

Mr Bolaji Olojo emphasized family-driven wellness. “information is key” He emphasized the importance of being deliberate when building our Ark of Wellness as a family.

Finally he wrap up with this tip You can’t force your way through change with a man, you need to be able to first sell your idea in a way that will have the man buy in. Go with information, knowledge that can translate to something that the man can see and feel.

One quote that stood out to me was: start wining the battle within your sphere.”

Personally, I felt a deep conviction, not just to eat better, but to lead better. As a wellness champion and someone who is building before I do.
