Hello Chibuzor. Let me call you Determined Woman. You joined the Coaching Circle for the “Lose 5kg in 10 Weeks challenge”. How much weight did you lose during the 10-week program, and what does that number mean to you beyond the scale?

Answer

I actually lost 10kg, and because this is the first time weight loss is working for me, it really means a lot to me. It means total empowerment. I have been empowered to thrive, and when a woman is empowered, her family is empowered

Question

When you first started this journey, what were your expectations, and how do you feel now compared to then?

Answer

I knew this coaching company had something more to offer, so I expected a positive outcome. Now, I feel excited about my new reality.

Question

How did losing the weight make you feel, physically, emotionally, and mentally?

Answer

I feel awesome physically. Before now, I felt heavy when walking and climbing, but all that is history now, and this has brought me an unshakable, positive mental alertness daily.

Question

What daily habits or mindset shifts helped you stay consistent throughout the 10 weeks?

Answer

My food journal. I journal every day, and I actually did something different. I wrote the meals I wanted to eat as if I had already eaten them, and knowing what I had written, I didn’t want to go back on that promise.
I planned my meals and made sure the food was available. I tracked my habits of exercise and confession. All these and more helped put me on guard

Can you describe one of your biggest “highs” during this journey, what happened and how did it impact your confidence?

Answer

My biggest high was resisting unhealthy food. I went for a birthday party and was able to resist all the unhealthy, savory foods and drinks. I went for moimoi and salad with water. My confidence was toppled, and that was a step forward.

What was one of your most difficult or low moments during the program, and how did you overcome it?

Answer

The detox was relatively new to me, so it seemed difficult, and sometimes I couldn’t complete the days required. I felt low during those moments

Question

Was there someone, either within or outside the program, who truly inspired you to keep going? What did they do or say that gave you the necessary push you needed on the journey?

Answer

Yes, Juliet Odjoko chatted me up and was really happy for my progress. She encouraged me to keep it up, told me her struggles, and we were able to have positive discussions.

Question

What surprised you the most about yourself throughout this experience?

Answer

I was surprised I could pull through because I loved eating healthy food but in large amounts. So intentionally eating in right portions surprised me, and I was glad there was a rewiring in my brain through the coaching process.

Question

If someone you care about was hesitant about joining this coaching, how would you describe your experience to help them see the value?

Answer

I would encourage them to start first and see if it’s something they can do, knowing fully well they will be glued due to the value and the flawless process.

Question

Now that you’ve completed the program, how do you plan to sustain your results and continue growing mentally and physically?

Answer

I continued with what I was practicing, and I asked a friend to keep me accountable. I send a picture of what I am eating every day to her.
I track my exercise habit.
